The fantastic Huawei P40 Pro comes with five rear cameras

Evan Blas gave the public on Twitter perhaps the best insight into the look of Huawei's new P40 Pro smartphone.

Blas revealed that the P40 Pro will have a ceramic case, and the glass front and rear panels will be curved on all four edges.

The most prominent design feature seen in the photo is the camera module, which houses five cameras, one of which is a periscope-style telephoto camera. Software improvements are also expected.

There is a toothless screen on the front of the device, but there are two selfie cameras in the upper left corner. The buttons for turning the device on and off and for controlling the volume are on the right edge.

The USB-C port and speaker are at the bottom, with 3.5mm headphone input expected.

Huawei unveiled its last two P Series flagships in Paris in March, so we probably won't wait long for the P40 Pro. The difference is that this time Huawei could be forced to market a smartphone without the support of Google services, which was the case with last year's Mate 30 Pro.
