Thought she was throwing a stone at the dog, she was terrified to find out what she really had in her hands

Britain's Lulu Cirillo was gardening in her backyard when she shoveled something hard in the ground.

At first, she thought it was a stone, so she threw it at her dog for him to play with for a little while, and then she brought the unusual piece into the house, took a picture of it, and asked people on Facebook what it might be. It was a WWII bomb.

When told on Facebook what the matter might be, the terrified Lulu returned the item to her garden and called police. "I was terrified," he says.

"They said it was very dangerous and they took her away, and the next thing I heard was that they took her to the beach," Lulu told the BBC.

A bomb was detonated on a beach in Weymouth, where Lulu lives on Saturday night, and she says she accepted everything with a touch of humor. "I never thought it could blow me all over Weymouth," he says.
