Working on a computer? You need eye yoga

If you spend more hours daily in front of your computer, you should do some eye and vision rest exercises.

Focusing a few minutes with both eyes first on distant and then closer objects, alternately looking and focusing on one eye, observing a lone object as well as looking into the distance while outdoors, are part of the usual exercises.

This eliminates the "computer" headache, blurred vision, increased sensitivity to stronger light, poor focus. And with the help of yoga exercises, it is possible to strengthen the eye muscles, even improve vision.

By applying a yoga pose, the eye muscles can be relaxed and the headache relaxed, as well as the mind can be relaxed and perfect concentration can be established with the help of sight.

To recover from the so-called dancing light emitted by the computer screen, the eyes need calm darkness. To do this, apply a palm exercise.

1. For this yoga exercise, first, warm your hands by rubbing or under running hot water. Shut up, cover your eyes with your palms without pressing, and rest your thumbs gently on your temples.

2. Open your eyes and make sure you completely block the light. Blink again, relax and breathe deeply.

3. Try to imagine calm, relaxing, complete darkness. If that doesn't work, imagine drawing a circle on black paper with a black felt pen and painting the whole paper with your thoughts.

When doing this exercise it is important to sit in a chair or be in a sitting yoga position with your back straight.

Studies have shown that people who regularly practice these exercises have fewer vision problems, and thus can alleviate eye pressure.
