Android phones are like an endless mine for dangerous applications, and the Bitdefender site has compiled a list of 17 apps that can do damage to a mobile phone.
These apps use dangerous tactics to reach the Google Play system, and the way they work is often linked to viruses that your phone can be infected with.
Whether it takes them 48 hours after installation to appear on your phone (without even knowing you have them), or to start running ads only four hours after installation, it is by no means advisable to have them on your device, writes Mirror.
Unfortunately, it has been revealed that they are already in over 550,000 mobile phones worldwide.
