Respiratory infections are mainly caused by viruses, especially with the advent of colder days. There are hundreds of them: from the common cold to the pathogen. Pregnant women were not spared these problems.

Components of bacterial infection are as high as the red throat. Viruses act in a different way. They cause hoarseness, coughing, mild fever.

Adequate treatment, especially when it comes to pregnant women, can only be provided by a doctor. Do not take the medication in your own hands and strictly adhere to the treatment given to you by your doctor.

It is necessary to postpone the viral infection. Due to the defense mechanisms that are triggered by the onset of disease-causing the immune system, the body needs rest.

Sleep is extremely important because it increases blood flow. That's why pajamas and a bed, lots of rest and sleep would be the only real recommendation for you.

To prevent the common cold, take a stroll in the clean air, regularly ventilate the rooms you are staying in, get plenty of rest, feed properly, do what pleases you, and love your baby.

Washing your hands and changing paper wipes more often (one wipe - for one use) is a good method of prevention.
