The first electric premium - Mercedes - Benz EQV

Mercedes-Benz Vans unveiled the Concept EQV at the Geneva Motor Show, followed by the first concept car rides in Barcelona

The Mercedes-Benz EQV, this time in production form, was presented to a closed circle, while its world premiere will be held at the upcoming IAA in Frankfurt (September 12-22).

"Our electric MPV meets the strictest standards in terms of functionality and variability. Also, the EQV has no compromise on comfort, space, handling, and pollution-free driving. This means that it offers all that is expected of such a vehicle, whether family or business, ”explains Marcus Breitschwerdt, head of Mercedes-Benz Vans.

An 11 kW Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Home can be used to charge the battery, with a maximum charging power of 110 kW for 45 minutes. Also, EQV will be able to use the pan-European network of IONITY chargers (a joint project of BMW Group, Daimler AG, Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche brands).

The Mercedes-Benz EQV is powered by a 150 kW engine with a maximum torque of 362 Nm. The battery pack has a useful capacity of 90 kWh and can reach up to 405 km. There will be two body lengths of 5,140 and 5,370 mm, with wheelbases of 3,200 and 3,430 mm, respectively.

The Mercedes-Benz EQV is integrated into the manufacturing operations of the Victoria plant in northern Spain, where the Mercedes-Benz V-class and Vito are already manufactured.
