ingredients:
415 ml of sweetened condensed milk,
half a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
565 g medium sweet chocolate (coarsely ground),
3 tablespoons butter cut into pieces.
Preparation:
Coat the baking pan with greaseproof paper along with the edges. Mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate and butter in a pot.
Cook steaming, stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is completely smooth about eight minutes. Remove from the fire.
The mixture will be very thick. Transfer with a spatula to a prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Put in the refrigerator for at least two hours and cut.
